Are you working Night-Shifts in Nursing, Traffic Control or Construction?

Are you struggling with motivation to do anything throughout your day and find yourself sitting around the house just waiting to go to work?


Join me for 5 Weeks of Fun Filled Training to help you get some structure into your working weeks as well as helping you Feel More Energetic, Lose Weight and Burn some Unwanted Body Fat.

Starts Tuesday 11/06/19 (After the Queens Birthday Long Weekend)

Over the 5 weeks you will;

This bootcamp caters for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced person, I will ensure that you are made feel at home and provide any extra help that is needed.

What to expect in the 5 week bootcamp?

You can expect to be pushed hard but to also have fun while you train!

Previous participants have lost as much as 7 kilos in this 5 week bootcamp.

What kind of classes are involved in the 5 weeks?

The classes will be a mixture of Strength & Conditioning, Cardio & HIIT to ensure that you not only get in great shape but also learn a wide variety of training methods and techniques.

You will use a mixture of Weights Equipment, Cardio Equipment and Speed and Performance Equipment in every session.

Training sessions are approx. 45 mins to 1 hour in duration.

Where and when will we train?

We will train 3x per week as per the timetable below at Queens Park, Randwick.

When does it start?

The bootcamp Starts on Tuesday 11/06/19 after the Queens Birthday Long Weekend so the first weeks classes will be on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but after that week the classes will be as per the timetable above. The bootcamp will runs through to Friday 12/07/19.

How much is it and what is included?

The bootcamp is $259 fully inclusive for the 5 weeks and this includes;

  • 3x group training sessions per week for 5 weeks with Paul
  • Full meal plan with 20 healthy meal options
  • Access to private facebook group
  • Health and fitness related support throughout
