Overthinking & Indecision
The biggest thing that holds most people back from taking action is overthinking which then leads to indecision.
But the real source of the problem is the fear of failure.
What if it doesn’t go the way I want it to?
What if I lose?
What if I waste my money?
What if I’m not good enough?
These are the crippling questions you ask yourself that keep you on the merry go round.
And the longer you stay there the more time you waste in making progress towards your goal.
You need to take action, so which decision is the right decision?
The answer; any of them, or all of them.
As soon as you make a move you end your overthinking and you’ll be one step closer to where you want to go.
Nothing happens unless action takes place, so you’ve got to make your move.
And if you don’t try you can’t win. If you don’t win, you will fail. And if you don’t fail, you can’t LEARN.
The lesson is;
You’ve got to fail to learn. You’ve got to move to make progress and you’ve got to take action to end your overthinking.
Whatever it is that you want to achieve and that you’ve been overthinking stop it right now and take the first step, that will get you out of the overthinking pattern.
And once you take the first step, go a step further and build some momentum.
The right things that you need to do will appear as you start to move but you’ve got to start moving first.
