Afraid to Fail

I’m afraid I will Fail if I try ……

The No.1 biggest thing that holds people who are feeling stuck in an un happy position in their lives from changing is that they are afraid to fail, if they try anything new.

You are unhappy with where you are in your life right now, you’re working in the wrong career, surrounded by the wrong people but at least you are safe there.

Safe is not a good place to be.

Although you might be safe where you are, you are trading your happiness, fulfilment, relationships and life purpose to stay there.

Think about it, you’ve been un happy for how long but every time you think of changing anything that might improve your life, you are terrified that you might fail.

You are terrified of what your friends will think if you try anything new, and worse, what if you fail at trying something new, what will they think then?

Listen, you’ve got to learn how to step outside your comfort zone and step towards the things that are important to you so that you can change and improve your life.

It’s inevitable that you are going to fail at things and its inevitable that you are going to be judged but its better to start pursuing the things that have meaning in your life than stay stuck where you are with no meaning and fulfilment at all.

Life is full of challenges, and its overcoming them that make life meaningful.

The very thing you want in life is more meaning and connection but right now you aren’t willing to challenge yourself to find it.

And you’ve got to.

So think about embracing failure because you’ve only got to succeed once and that one time you do, you will find exactly what you are looking for.
