2. Receive you very own 28 day training and meal plan with 4x weekly 28 Minute Workouts that can be done at Home or in the Gym

3. Train between 3 & 4 times per week for 28 days – the harder you work the better your results


Training

Follow your own program with workouts demonstrated by Paul with quick and easy to watch videos.

All you need is 1 set of Dumbbells and 1 Kettlebell that can picked up in any K-Mart, BigW Target or Sports Shop for all of your workouts.


Diet

Receive your very own meal plan with 20 healthy meal options and track your calories for the best results possible.
