What is FITFAST Training
FITFAST Training is Hardcore Total Body Conditioning Training. Our classes are designed with your goals in mind and ensure that you are not only losing weight but building some solid muscle as your do so.
Our classes are generally a mixture of three fundamentals (Strength, Speed and Endurance) in which provide the best results for Muscle Tone and Weight Loss.
FITFAST Conditioning uses a mixture of Weights Equipment, Cardio Equipment and Speed and Performance Equipment to ensure a huge variety of training in every class.
Training sessions are 1 hour in duration but the high intensity work period is only for 30 minutes in that hour. The other 30 minutes are divided in to three parts;
1. Workout Demonstration
2. Warm Up
3. Cool Down
We show you and the rest of the group exactly what you will be doing through each FITFAST workout so that you can work through it with no time wasted on explanations throughout your workout period. Proper coaching at its best.

Is FITFAST for beginners?
Yes, it absolutely is. In fact most of our clients have never been to a fitness class before starting with us. We tailor everything for beginners and explain everything in detail before starting and throughout the workout to ensure you get up to speed as quickly as possible.
Where are we located and when do we train?
Current classes are running as per the timetable below. We are located at Queens Park, Bondi in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs.
