My Mission

Its no secret that Ive been unhealthy too, in fact, I had been unhealthy for so long that I didn’t even know what healthy was! Every year I wanted to get fitter and healthier but I didn’t know where to start. I tried the gym but when I wasn’t seeing any results I found to frustrating and usually threw in the towel. I tried eating healthy too but I really hadn’t a clue what, when or how much to eat. Eventually, I hired a trainer I and I quickly started to notice some physical changes in my body. My trainer eliminated any confusion which helped me feel less overwhelmed and stay on track with my goals. After 8 weeks, I was in great shape and feeling very confident in myself as I understood how to train and diet well from my trainers knowledge. Since then, the results have stuck and I have become very passionate about teaching others exactly what I have learnt through all of my years of training. My mission is to eliminate your confusion and make sure you understand what you are doing instead of going through the motions because if you learn once it will stay with you for a lifetime. My philosophy is to keep things simple, to never overwhelm you and ensure you enjoy the process, its an incredibly rewarding journey and one you will never forget!

How Move4Ward Works

1. Training

You’ll get your very own 8 week individualised progressive training program with gym and home workouts each week. You’ll be able to track your workouts, add your weights and see your progress as your training goes on. You’ll also learn over 200 exercises throughout your training program with all exercises video demonstrated by me to ensure you are learning the exact form on each exercise. 

2. Nutrition 

I’ll finally teach you how to eat healthy and you’ll never fall short for choice with over 40 tasty meal options on my meal plan. You’ll be learning about, what, when and how much to eat to eliminate any more confusion or sacrifices you’ve been making while trying to get in shape. 

3. Support and Accountability

Progress comes from the middle ground between support and challenge so while you will be challenged with your workouts you will be supported throughout the whole process with 24/7 access to me as your coach. We’ll go through your goals at the very beginning of your training and I’ll be holding you accountable to achieving them. Every week you’ll have a weekly check in from me both online and over the phon where I look over your progress and make sure you are staying on track. Its my duty to see you doing well so I’ll be there to keep you on track every step of the way.

Move4Ward is 100% Online Coaching.

This means you can be anywhere in the world and work through your program but most importantly you will have me behind you as your coach with weekly support and accountability.

Heres what happens

  1. If you are ready to Move4Ward now and get yourself in great shape, you can fill out the application below.
  2. I will organise a call with you and we will chat through your goals and what you mostly want to achieve while working with me.
  3. You will download my online training app where I will upload your custom built 8 week training program and meal plan specific to your goals. This usually takes 1 – 2 days.
  4. You start training. Every workout you complete, you’ll log in your training app where I can see exactly what you do and can give you feedback and support on your training.
  5. Each week, you’ll have a weekly check in with me to monitor your progress throughout.
