This bootcamp caters for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced person, I will ensure that you are made feel at home and provide any extra help that is needed.

What to expect in the 5 week bootcamp?

Previous participants have lost as much as 7 kilos in this 5 week bootcamp.

What kind of classes are involved in the 5 weeks?

The classes will be a mixture of Strength & Conditioning, Cardio & HIIT to ensure that you not only get in great shape but also learn a wide variety of training methods and techniques.

You will use a mixture of Weights Equipment, Cardio Equipment and Speed and Performance Equipment in every session.

Training sessions are approx. 45 mins to 1 hour in duration.

Where and when will we train?

We will train 3x per week as per the timetable below at Queens Park, Bondi.

When does it start?

The bootcamp will start on Monday 25/02/19 and run until 29/03/19. You must sign up before Saturday 23/02/19 but I recommend signing up as soon as possible as spaces are strictly limited to 30 people.

How much is it and what is included?

The bootcamp is $259 fully inclusive for the 5 weeks and this includes;

  • 3x group training sessions per week for 5 weeks with Paul
  • Full meal plan with 20 healthy meal options
  • Access to private facebook group
  • Health and fitness related support throughout

How do I sign up?

You can sign up by clicking the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button below or alternatively if you do not have a PayPal account you can Contact Paul by sending me an email and request my bank details for a direct bank transfer. Once you sign up you will receive an email with further details of the bootcamp and receive your very own diet plan before your training commences. I am looking forward to coaching you!
