I offer 1-1 & Semi Private Personal Training from my home in Little Bay where I have a small studio perfect for helping you to feel at ease while you train.

Your Personal Training sessions will be tailored around your own individual needs and you will also be provided with nutritional guidance and support throughout to help teach you how to eat healthily making sure you get the most from your training.

My Ethos

Having struggled with my own physical and mental health for many years I found that improving my physical health had a ripple effect in all areas of my life. Once I built some confidence in my body and started to see some results I started to become much more enthusiastic and positive in my everyday life.
Training thought me how to be disciplined, motivated and most importantly it gave me the confidence that I needed in all areas of my life. My ethos is to help you on your own journey, to help guide you and teach you the little daily improvements that will lead to lasting changes because you deserve to be confident too!

Price and Packages

Each session will be 45 minutes in duration which will include a warm up, main workout and a cool down along with introductory and progress check ins to ensure you are getting the most from each training session.

The Personal Training Packages are as follows;

1x 45 minute Personal Training Session WEEKLY

2x 45 minute Personal Training Sessions WEEKLY
$150 ($75 each)

3x 45 minute Personal Training sessions WEEKLY
$210 ($70 each)

Training with a friend or partner?

If you want to train with your friend or partner you can buddy up to make your Personal Training cheaper. This is limited to 2 – 4 people.

1x Semi Private Personal Training session WEEKLY

2x Semi Private Personal Training sessions session WEEKLY
$190 ($95 each)

3x Semi Private Personal Training sessions session WEEKLY
$270 ($90 each)

All Personal Training Packages must be paid for prior to training and times must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
