Summer is coming!!
And its just 30 Days to Spring.
With Winter coming to an end and spring upon us, now is the perfect time to start working towards that summer body.
Here’s how much time is left:
31 Days to Spring
90 Days to summer
115 Days to Christmas
And to help get you on track I have now opened my 30 Day Spring Body Program!
Heres how it works:
I will be training 30 people over 30 Days to help fast track your progress towards summer.
I PERSONALLY will be your online coach for 30 days to help keep you accountable and so that you are always sure of what you are doing.
All training will be Online meaning you will be given your very own training program and meal plan to follow.
You will train between 3/4 times per week and all workouts can be done from in the gym or at home with 9 different workout options each week.
