Before I signed up to the Fit4Life program I really lacked in confidence, I had a fear of doing something different because I was afraid of what other would be thinking.
What the Fit4Life program/Paul taught me was that no one really cares what you’re doing and to do what is important to you.
Fit4Life really pushed me slowly out of my comfort zone and before I knew it I was doing things with out thinking or over thinking them. It also taught me to value my own time.
I really enjoyed working with Paul he’s such a nice person and so helpful I definitely don’t think I would have been able to make these changes without his help.
