  • 6 Weeks Muscle Hypertrophy Weights Training
  • 2 Weeks Muscle Endurance weights Training with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Finishers
  • 4x Training days per week with optional 5th day
  • Full diet plan to work off throughout your training to ensure the right calorie intake and nutrition alongside your training.

There are 2 training phases in the program broken into a 6 week and 2 week block. In the first phase you will be focusing on building some muscle to your body while also dropping Body Fat. In the next phase you will be focusing on creating some Muscle Endurance with Muscle Endurance Weights Training and HIIT Training to help your body Lean up and get Fit and Athletic.

How is the program delivered and how do I follow my program?

The program comes in a PDF format with YouTube demonstrations attached underneath every exercise. You can easily access your program from your phone while at the gym and watch the demonstrations by easily clicking on the video links. Each phase is carefully explained in detail before starting to ensure that you know your sets, reps and work periods. I am also available 24 – 7 via Email for online support throughout your program.
